We cannot offer a refund if you simply change your mind, however we are happy to offer you an exchange. Please see our exchange policy below.
If you’re unhappy with your kit for any reason, please reach out at hello@fawnmeets.com and we’ll help work out a solution for you.
Has your kit arrived damaged, incomplete, or not as expected? Please contact us with a description and clear photos of the issue.
- If your kit is faulty, we can provide a replacement at no cost to you.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer you a refund.
We’ll always do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of your kit arriving.
To organise an exchange:
- Email us at hello@fawnmeets.com with your order details.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Once we either receive your return or receive valid tracking details, we will ship your replacement kit.
Please note:
- If your replacement kit is of higher value, you will need to cover the difference in cost before we ship it.
- If the replacement kit is of lesser value, we can provide you with a store credit or refund for the difference.
Refunds are only available if your item is faulty, damaged, or if we cannot supply a replacement.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund once it has been issued.
From time to time, we may offer our kits on pre-order due to high demand.
- Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once pre-order stock is available.
- Expected delivery windows will be stated on the product page.
If we are unable to supply within the expected timeframe, you may request a refund on your pre-order.

If your kit is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- If you are returning an item due to change of mind or exchange, the return shipping cost will be at your own expense.
We recommend returning items with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit until they arrive at our warehouse.
