At Afterthoughts Studio, we want you to enjoy your new cushion kits as soon as possible. Please read the details below for information on our shipping process.

Processing & Dispatch Times

- All orders are processed within up to 4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the time your order is placed.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

- We currently ship domestically only, from our base in Sydney, New South Wales.
- Standard delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

- Orders are shipped via standard domestic carriers.
- While we take care to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not required to provide tracking details for every order. Some shipments may include tracking at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address and order size.
- Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions; details will be clearly displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Delivery Issues

- Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If your order is delayed or goes missing in transit, please contact us at hello@fawnmeets.com and we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
